All orders are shipped via DHL express.

To Note:
- All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Bali, Indonesia.
- We endeavour to pick, pack and ship your purchase within 24-48 hours of order placement.
-Kohei does not operate over the weekend. As such orders placed after close of business (Bali time) Friday throughout the weekend will not be processed until the following monday morning.
- Shipping to the following locations is unavailable due to postal restrictions: Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Myanmar, Serbia, Syria and North Korea.
-To ensure you receive your order safely and successfully, all our parcels must be signed upon delivery. If no one is home to sign for your delivery, your package will be taken to the nearest sort facility and you will be able to reschedule a new delivery date with DHL.
-For fuss free delivery, please ensure you fill out your shipping details clearly and completely.
-Please do not use po box delivery addresses.
-Please remember to specify levels or unit numbers.
-Kohei will not me responsible for parcels that are lost in transit or experience failed delivery attempts for any reasons.
International Taxes & Duties:
- Please be aware that if you are purchasing online from outside Indonesia, you may be charged custom duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.
-Kohei takes no responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed during the importation into your local government.
-Kohei are legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the International shipments and must include and invoice for customs should they require it.
-Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and custom duties.
-For further information, we advise you to contact your local customs office.

Returns

Online Returns
When placing your order with kohei, you automatically agree to all information below.
All returns requests must be made within 14 days from order date of our online order and require a returns authority form.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
All tags must be attached.
Shoes must be returned unworn in their original condition.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or swimwear.
We will not accept refund for change of mind.
We do not accept returns on sale or promotion items.

Please note:
- Any and all returns sent back without an authorized online return request and a returns authorization form will not be accepted or processed.
- Kohei is not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit.
- The returns postage will be of the customer's own expense and will not be reimbursed.

Upon receiving the package, you will find enclosed your purchase, invoice. If for any reason you wish to exchange or returns an item it must be returned with the returns form and the invoice that comes with the purchase.

Due to the nature of holiday shopping, all returns must be addressed within 12 hours of purchase.
All returns must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, we will not accept tampered or worn goods. We cannot ship out exchanges to our traveling customer's home countries. Returns and exchanges must be done in person and addressed by the shop of
purchase.
